His girlfriend, singer Sheryl Crow gave him the car, but the press took the surprise out of Sheryl's gesture when they reported on the gift before Lance even got it. So Sheryl had to find a new way to surprise Lance. She hooked up with "Overhaulin'" and together, everybody took the GTO to a new level of cool. In Lance and Sheryl's hometown of Austin, Texas, Team Captain Chip Foose went to work with the A-Team! Lance's longtime friend John "College" Korioth was also in on the deal, stealing the car from Lance's garage and scheming with "Overhaulin'" to keep all the pranks on time and outrageous.
